People say that Everything costs
“Everything is sacrificed,” people would say.
When we play chess, we always start playing with the lowest rating, the pawn in the front position, and the pawn can not move forward, not moving back and forth.
Artist use microscopic and abstract style of images to express poetic language of her perspective to question the audience.
From the middle of the work, the colour of the image changes and the colour swallows the objects. We can see the message that the artist wants to say by seeing the change of the dramatic images such as the wing of one butterfly changing the climate.
‘모든 일에는 희생이 따른다.’ 사람들은 그렇게 말하곤한다.
우리가 체스를 둘때 우린 항상 가장 낮은 등급, 폰을 가장 앞의 위치에 두고 게임을 시작한다. 그리고 그 폰의 말은 앞으로 한칸씩 움직일뿐 옆으로도 뒤로도 움직일수 없다.
작품의 중간에서 부터 이미지의 색이 변하고 그색이 오브제들을 삼켜가는 모습속에 우린 한번의 나비의 날개 짓이 기후를 변화 시키는 것과 같은 극적인 이미지들의 변화를 보고 작가가 말하고자 한 메세지를 확인할 수 있다.
